I come from a family of six, my parents, my older brother who is seventeen, my two younger sisters, fourteen and eight. I am from Pakistan, although I was born in Scarborough, Canada. I have joined this class to learn many things about tech and business and find which field is perfect for me. I have always had an interest in computers and technology and it is something that really attracted me. This course, Introduction to Information Technology in Business, really captivated me because it has everything I want to learn about technology and business. Many of my relatives are all really successful people because they have all learned about technology and business, found where they belong and they have become really successful and that is why I want to learn more about it too and become better at it. I like learning hands on and doing assignments that are really unique and engaging. I like typing, I would even say I am one of the fastest typers in the class. I do not really like doing group assignments because I am a bit introverted but I try my best to participate as I know it is very important. There are many complicated things in IT such as coding, cloud computing, e-commerce, social media marketing, programming, Artificial Intelligence. I want to learn more about all of these but slowly, I want to really understand these and the basics first so I can get advanced at all these topics in the future. I have been using computers ever since I was young. I am not really experienced but I do know many things that have helped me a lot. I am fairly new to a lot of programs and applications but I really like getting better and learning more about them. I really like gaming and ever since the beginning when I first started using computers, I would always love to play games on them. In our old house we all had to share one computer and it would sometimes get really hectic because my siblings and sometimes my cousins would fight for their chance to use it. Now most of my siblings except my younger sister, have our own computers and we use them to do many things such as, homework, watching youtube videos, movies, playing games, chatting with friends, and just to take a break. In my spare time, mostly I would be on my computer, but I also have many hobbies such as fishing, playing with my rabbits, taking them outside, playing video games, playing badminton with my parents and siblings and just hanging outside in the park. I think using your computer or device all the time is very bad for your health and you should set limits and do other things that benefit your health such as exercising, going outside to get some sun, eating healthy and drinking a bunch of water.
