You will be responsible for overseeing the Performance Tracking Program to evaluate the performance of developers, as well as driving the Focused Learning Program to enhance their skills and capabilities. Responsibilities:

  2. Performance Tracking: Develop and implement a comprehensive Performance Tracking Program to assess the performance of developers. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate individual and team performance. Provide regular feedback and support to enhance performance.
  3. Mentorship: Act as a mentor and guide for team members, facilitating their professional growth. Identify skill gaps and provide targeted coaching and resources. Create an environment that encourages knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
  4. Focused Learning Program: Design and oversee the implementation of a Focused Learning Program to enhance the skills of the development team. Identify training needs and collaborate with relevant stakeholders/clients to deliver targeted learning initiatives. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications: ● 4+ YOE as a Technical Project Manager following Agile methodologies ● Strong knowledge of SCRUM and Agile methodologies. ● Experience in Software Development as a generalist is a MUST. ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ● PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
