Un ejemplo de aplicacin del Business Model Canvas (BMC), una buena herramienta para el diseo de modelos de negocio. El ejemplo es una APP para planificar viajes de Interrail, que ya se nombr en la segunda parte de la serie de posts sobre los customer jobs, los pains y los gains. Se trata de una APP para mviles y PC que nos facilite la planificacin y realizacin de un viaje de interrail. Echemos un vistazo a la tabla del post donde explicamos el Business Model Canvas en la que se resume qu preguntas tenemos que ir contestando en cada mdulo: Vamos a suponer que ya hemos realizado el Value Proposition Canvas (VPC), por lo tanto, ya hemos identificado nuestro segmento de cliente y la propuesta de valor, que son; viajeros de Interrail entre 18 y 35 aos, y APP para facilitar la preparacin y realizacin de un viaje de Interrail. La propuesta de valor est descrita de forma simplificada, pues en el VPC deber estar el detalle (por ejemplo; genera ahorro de tiempo, horario y compra de billetes de trenes, reserva de albergues, mapas ciudades, etc.). Todava no hemos terminado de cumplimentar los mdulos Customer Segment y Value Proposition. Esta APP es un caso de modelo de mercado multilateral. Esto significa que tenemos ms de un segmento de cliente con ms de una propuesta de valor. Adems de facilitarles la planificacin y realizacin del viaje a los viajeros de Interrail, vamos a ofrecer un nuevo canal de adquisicin de clientes a los alojamientos y promotores de eventos. Por ltimo, tambin obtendremos ingresos de los otros segmentos de cliente (marcados en gris), a quienes les queremos hacer pagar por incluir su informacin de alojamientos y eventos para los viajeros, ya que les estamos ofreciendo un nuevo canal de adquisicin de clientes (que es nuestra propuesta de valor para ellos). Ten en cuenta que hasta ahora slo hemos definido nuestro modelo de negocio de forma terica, lo que no significa que sea el modelo de negocio definitivo, y que vaya a funcionar.
